MIAMI’S TOP NEIGHBORHOODS THAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
 
In the state of Florida, Miami Dade County lays the state’s second-largest city of Miami. The city which is one of the world’s popular vacation destinations has a rich neighborhood with a variety of interesting things to do any time of the day. Below is a list of some of Miami’s places that that fill the city with life.
 
 Key Biscayne- This a beautiful island in Florida with a terrific view of beautiful beaches surrounding it. The island is also home to the renowned Biscayne Bay where we have the Miami Port. Biscayne Bay is not only a source of income for many but also a recreational facility besides being used for education and religious purposes. The bay also houses the Biscayne Aquatic Preserve among other parks surrounding it.
 
 Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park- Located in the southern part of Key Biscayne, the park has wide beaches and is home to the historic Cape Florida Lighthouse. Wildlife, biking and sunbathing are just some of the things one can enjoy here.
 
 Virginia Key- Yet another island that hosts the Virginia Key Beach Park. The park allows you to have a magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Biscayne Bay not to mention the sandy beaches around.
 
 Fisher Island- A few miles from Miami is an exclusive Island that serves to fulfill your private desires. The private island hosts several resorts and clubs and provides a quiet life.
 
 North Village Bay- Located in the northeastern part of Miami Dade County, it is comprised of three islands; Treasure Island, Harbor Island and North Bay Island. There are several restaurants and resorts for recreation besides the beautiful view of the Biscayne Bay from this community.
 
 Dodge Island- This neighborhood is an artificial island that hosts the port of Miami. The island in Biscayne Bay lies between Miami Beach and Miami city. The island remained nameless until 1950.
 
 North Beach- In the northern side of Miami Beach is what is popularly known as the North Beach. Here, there is the Normandy shore which is a gated community.
 
 Bal Harbor- This village has some of the most luxuriant resorts and restaurants in Miami. Close to the village is the Bay Harbor Islands neighborhood and the Indian Creek Country Club.
 
 Upper East Side Miami- This Miami neighborhood is between Little Havana and Little Haiti. Its central location makes its accessibility more convenient from all sides of the Miami Dade County.
 
 Wynwood- This is one of Miami’s most lively destination. It is enriched with culture, art, events, fashion, and business just to mention but a few. The community here is well known globally for its creativity and innovation.
 
 Venetian Islands- This a set of six islands which are all artificial in Miami Beach and Miami city. They are; San Marino, San Marco, Di Lido, Belle Isle, Rivo Alto and Biscayne island.
 
 Coral Way- The old neighborhood is a quiet place to live with a cool, relaxed atmosphere from the surrounding trees. The houses here are quite a view given that they are from the ancient design yet the place has several pubs, restaurants, and parks to spice up life.
 
 Little Haiti- Filled with culture, this neighborhood is home to many residents from Haiti. Food and culture are major attractions for this place.
 
 Florida Keys- These are tropical islands located between Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean. Key West and Key Largo are just some of the renowned tourist destinations.
 
 Cuba- This Caribbean Island is characterized by clear white sandy beaches, and it is also the largest of all Caribbean islands.
 
 Crandon Park- To the north of Key Biscayne is Crandon Park is not just a beach. It comprises of golf and tennis center as well as a nature center. It’s a place for everyone be it kids or adults.
 
 Little Havana- This is the place to have a taste of Miami’s range of cultural heritage. Arts galleries, cigar shops, and busy restaurants are the characteristics of Little Havana.
