Each room has a separate Air conditioning control so people can set the temperature to any degree they like. the Aft doors which serve as the main entrance and exit from main to the outside have a recent invention that is referred to as an AIR CURTAIN. this causes a stream of cold air to blast down and cool the opening so the feeling of cool air never escapes the main quarters.
