North Bay Village is an inter-island district located in between downtown Miami and Miami Beach. It is composed of three separate islands that are connected by the John F. Kennedy Causeway Street (79th), extending all across the Biscayne Bay. Aside from it being situated in between two great cities in Miami, what makes North Bay Village all the more appealing are its beautiful views – specifically of the Biscayne Bay – a good variety of mid to high-class restaurants, its own unique culinary background, and quality shops
The North Bay Village has a population of just over 7,000 and situated in the Miami-Dade corridor. It was formerly submerged underwater, before Miamians decided to pull it out of the Biscayne waters and turn it to one of Miami’s most popular destinations. It is comprised of three small islands that have turned the area into quite the paradise that every Miami native have been hoping it would be throughout the decade. The three islands that are included in this area of Miami are North Bay Island, Harbor Island, and Treasure Island, all joined together by the John F. Kennedy Causeway Street.
